Huanchaco

After 2 nights in a row in the bus, in not always the best conditions, and a painfully long border crossing between Ecuador and Peru I finally arrived to my first destination – Huanchaco. Once you get to a place like this you know that everything beforehand was worth the hassle. Although Huanchaco is a part of one of the biggest city in Peru – Trujillo, the distance between the city center and this place is so big, that it just feels like another town. After spending 2 weeks at the beach in Canoa, Ecuador I was quite keen to head to another location, so I stayed there only for one night to rest and get some energy back for further travels!
